Job Description

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day service delivery operations in the insurance brokerage domain, ensuring processes run efficiently and meet defined SL As. - Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. - Track and monitor service delivery metrics, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to maintain performance standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance client outcomes. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service delivery professionals, driving high performance and accountability. - Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and ensuring client expectations are consistently met. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to optimize service delivery and support business growth. - Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements, embedding best practices and compliance into daily operations.
