Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager HRO (T2 Compensation P&O Solutions) In this role you will be responsible for HR solutions design customer partnership and process and project management within the Workday Compensation scope. You will serve as a subject matter expert supporting business process administration configuration reporting and continuous improvement activities in partnership with P&O stakeholders. We are looking for a P&O Solutions Manager who will be responsible for HR solutions design customer partnership process and project management. Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday platform (for defined scope) performing administrative functions including business process administration security and Integration support - Strives to automate processes to eliminate waste and drive efficiency in the organization and leverage return on technological capabilities. - Partner with GPO CO Es and P&O Operations to identify continuous improvement opportunities drive adoption of global standards Regularly assess current state and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement - Serve as an escalation point and lead for process design and system configuration support - Workday Compensation - HR solutions design - Customer partnership - Process management - Project management - HR Systems - HRIS - Compensation configuration - User centric technology solutions - Workday business process - Workday configuration responsibility - Workday reporting experience - Workday platform - Business process administration - Security - Integration support - Process automation - Continuous improvement - Global standards - Stakeholder partnership (GPO CO Es and P&O Operations) - Process design - System configuration support
