Job Description

The Triage Data Complaint Evaluator will evaluate the inquiry for all medical devices distributed by our client and determine if it is a complaint or not based on the defini on established. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and priori zing inquiries to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The evaluator will collaborate with cross-func onal teams to inves gate complaints, ensure mely resolu on, and enhance product quality and safety
