Requires a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software for Payload Control Systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate software solutions Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure optimal system performance Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of software development practices

Software development experience in a Linux environment and Bash scripting Experience with Agile development methodologies Experience with Java, C/C++, React, and TypeScript Experience with the Qt Framework Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker Familiarity with Git version control system Understanding of Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems (SWFTS) Knowledge of submarine systems and operations
