- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure we are building products that customers need and value.
- Apply emerging technologies, including AI, to accelerate design workflows, improve personalisation, and enhance decision-making.
Competencies
- 10+ years of design leadership experience within technology-driven, product-focused companies, creating engaging customer-facing software experiences.
- Proven success leading design teams of 5+ designers while delivering multiple large-scale initiatives spanning end-to-end customer journeys across platforms.

- Exceptional communicator and collaborator with experience aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders around shared goals.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, design thinking, and the ability to solve complex customer problems.
- Curious, humble, and continuously exploring market trends, emerging technologies, and new user experiences.
- Comfortable working within geographically distributed teams and collaborating across multiple locations.
- Experience using AI tools with measurable outcomes that improved speed, efficiency, or quality at scale.
- Bonus: Previous experience within cybersecurity, digital safety, or consumer security products.
