About the Role
As a Senior Paid Search Specialist (SEM) on the Money Lion and GOBanking Rates performance marketing team (part of Gen Digital), you will run large‑scale paid search programs that connect high‑intent personal‑finance searchers with Money Lion’s financial products and G ’s partner offers.
You’ll manage multi‑million‑dollar campaigns across Google Ads

, and Microsoft Ads
, driving new users and revenue through data‑driven strategy and testing. You’ll work with a talented digital marketing team to achieve ambitious growth and efficiency targets in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize advanced paid search campaigns across Google Ads

- Oversee day‑to‑day campaign management, including bid strategies, budget allocation, forecasting, keyword research, ad copywriting, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, propose impactful solutions, and implement strategies to improve ROI and ROAS

- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze performance data, and adjust campaigns based on insights.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust targeting strategies accordingly.

About you
You’re an analytical, results‑oriented SEM marketer who is comfortable owning large budgets, moving quickly, and making data‑driven decisions to drive growth and efficiency at scale.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on SEM experience with proven success managing $5M+ annual budgets.
- Prior experience marketing financial or cybersecurity products is a plus.
