About the Role

We are looking for an Applied AI Scientist (Generative AI) who is passionate about exploring and applying the latest advances in AI to create impactful products, capabilities, and experiences.

This is a hands-on role that combines experimentation, application development, and technical innovation. You will work with frontier AI technologies, explore emerging techniques, and transform promising ideas into practical AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and excited by the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You enjoy building, learning, and experimenting with new technologies while maintaining a strong focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore emerging Generative AI technologies, models, frameworks, and tools, and apply relevant innovations to practical AI-powered solutions.
• Design and develop applications, workflows, agents, and intelligent systems.
• Build and evolve AI-powered solutions from concept to production.
• Improve the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-powered solutions through testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product teams to develop and deliver AI-powered capabilities.
• Help build reliable, high-quality, and responsible AI solutions.

About You

• Passionate about Generative AI and emerging AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience building applications using modern AI models, platforms, and tools.
• Familiarity with modern Generative AI concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, tool use, model evaluation, or AI orchestration patterns.
• Strong technical judgment, software development, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to independently drive projects from idea to implementation.
• Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing AI-powered products or capabilities in production environments.
• Experience with machine learning, data science, experimentation, or other analytical techniques.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects, technical communities, hackathons, research initiatives, or personal AI projects.
• Experience working with large-scale data, analytics, or complex systems.
