Data Scientist - Machine Learning

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to design and develop advanced analytical models that drive data-driven decision-making. This role involves working with large datasets, building predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful insights for business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and identify trends.
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and predictive models.
• Build data pipelines and perform data preprocessing for model development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate analytical results into strategic recommendations.
• Perform statistical analysis and data exploration to support business initiatives.
• Optimize existing models and algorithms for better performance and scalability.
• Present insights and findings through dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and reliability.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

• 7- 9 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
• Strong data visualization skills using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
