Production Supervisor

Lead production teams in a hands-on role with Gay Lea Foods as a Production Supervisor. Oversee processing and packaging for Butter and Aerosol Topping while ensuring efficiency and safety across operations. As a full-time Production Supervisor reporting to the Production Manager, you will manage afternoon shifts from 1:30 to 10 pm. This position requires interacting closely with your team to meet KPIs, enforce compliance, and foster continuous improvement initiatives. You are expected to direct all operational tasks on the floor and ensure a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift operations effectively and hands-on
• Train and coach staff while planning workloads
• Monitor departmental KPIs and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Generate daily operating reports and validate production records Requirements:
• Minimum five years in food manufacturing environments
• Three years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and MSS
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
