Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Endpoint CSA (Intune Specialist) to manage and optimize our Microsoft Intune environment. This role involves end-to-end ownership of deployment, configuration, migration, and ongoing management of endpoints to ensure security, compliance, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune environment for endpoint security and compliance
  • Configure and troubleshoot Intune components including:
  • Device enrollment
  • Policy and profile deployment
  • Application management
  • Device compliance and configuration
  • Endpoint security policies
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Lead migrations and co-management initiatives (SCCM to Intune, JAMF to Intune, etc.)
  • Implement and support modern workplace solutions including AVD and Windows 365
  • Automate and optimize processes using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate
  • Monitor and analyze system performance using Log Analytics and Power BI
  • Handle escalations and provide clear troubleshooting and resolution plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, features, and industry trends

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in:
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
  • Windows 10/11 endpoint management
  • SCCM (Configuration Manager) and co-management
  • Experience with:
  • Windows 365 (Cloud PCs) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Mobile Application Management (MAM)
  • macOS, iOS, Android device management (Linux awareness is a plus)
  • Conditional Access, Autopilot, Proactive Remediation
  • Windows Update for Business and Autopatch
  • Knowledge of:
  • Intune Suite (Advanced Analytics, Remote Help, Endpoint Privilege Management, etc.)
  • Azure Identity & Access Management
  • Microsoft Graph API and scripting
  • Log Analytics (KQL queries) and Power BI dashboards
  • Experience with third-party tools (AirWatch, MobileIron, Munki, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (Level 300–400 in SCCM)

Additional Technical Knowledge

  • Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi
  • Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and tools like Fiddler
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust, Windows Hello for Business, and Copilot (preferred)
  • Experience with automation using Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate
