The Lead Specialist plays a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying prospective accounts into sales-ready opportunities. Using internal databases and analytical tools, this individual will prioritize outreach, engage leads through multiple channels, and collaborate with Sales to convert prospects into new signings of industrial gases and equipment.

The ideal candidate is curious, resilient, and eager to learn about Air Products' offerings-including supply modes, applications, technology, and contracts. They are a problem-solver who utilizes tools and innovation to drive results. This role offers cross-functional exposure to Marketing, Commercial Technology, and Business Development
