Job Description

Position: Remote Service Desk Technician I

Provide technical support for hardware and software as a remote Service Desk Technician I. Deliver friendly customer service while resolving installation and usage inquiries efficiently.

As a Service Desk Technician Level I, you'll field customer questions and diagnose problems using basic techniques.

Your role encompasses resolving issues remotely and facilitating escalations when complex challenges arise. You'll contribute to documentation updates and manage your time to meet service level goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer software and hardware queries
  • Resolve issues using diagnostic techniques
  • Assist with escalated customer issues
  • Document calls and troubleshooting steps
  • Maintain awareness of customer time constraints

Requirements

  • DoD Approved 8570.01 Level I certification
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to acquire a Secret Security Clearance
