- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager managing CRM systems in a B2B environment, preferably in bioscapes, environment solutions, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM tools and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
