Claims Management Adjuster

Take on the role of Claims Management Adjuster and oversee farm-related claims. This position ensures comprehensive client support and effective risk management strategies throughout the year.

In collaboration with the Field Supervisor, you will interpret policies and manage a variety of claims by performing field inspections and gathering data. Your experience of 3-5 years will be crucial in documentation preparation and customer interactions, as you address challenges and ensure accurate claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections for various types of claims
• Document requirements prior to field inspections
• Collect and analyze data for claims assessment
• Resolve sensitive claims while liaising with clients
• Validate claims and production declarations after harvest

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in claims management
• Education level of Grade 12 required
• Proficient with field inspection technologies
• Strong analytical skills for claims verification
• Effective communication for customer service
