Position: Telecom Supervisor for Project Management

Lead telecom projects as an experienced Supervisor. Oversee crew scheduling, workload management, and compliance with safety requirements while liaising with customers.

In this position, you'll coordinate utility locates, manage hydrovac and drilling operations, and serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.

Your role emphasizes maintaining high standards of safety and meticulous record-keeping for billing and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as contact for customers and project management
• Coordinate necessary utility locates for projects
• Schedule operations for hydrovac, drilling, and plowing
• Supervise crew to meet safety and project standards
• Document all financial and project completion records

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in telecommunications
• Expertise in fibre and copper placement techniques
• Familiarity with hydrovacs, drills, and trenchers
• Skilled in using Site Docs and Microsoft Office
• Valid Class 5 driver's license;

Class 1A an asset
