Senior Software and Data Engineer (Python, SQL, Tableau)
Leading Global Financial Services Organization | New York, NY (Onsite)
You'll own the data infrastructure behind reporting and analytics across the organization. Hands-on work blending modern data engineering with Tableau development: build the pipelines, model the data, design the dashboards leadership relies on. You'll also help modernize the current SQL Server and Tableau environment with cloud technologies.
What You'll Need
- Strong ETL/ELT pipeline development experience
- Python for data engineering and automation
- Advanced SQL, including optimization and performance tuning
- Hands-on Tableau development: dashboards, data sources, calculated fields
- Dimensional data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
- Experience integrating data via APIs, databases, or flat files
- Git and CI/CD experience
