Engage with farmers as an Entry-Level Farm Business Representative. Focus on grain procurement and customer relationship strategies while maintaining data and executing marketing plans effectively. This role centers on developing customer relationships and fostering trust within the marketing zone. You will identify key farmers, support customer compliance with contracts, and collaborate with terminal and head office staff to enhance the customer experience.
