Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced US Staffing Operations Manager to lead and scale our offshore delivery operations in India. This role will be responsible for building and managing high-performing recruitment teams, overseeing end-to-end US staffing operations, and driving business growth through operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offshore Operations Management
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the offshore staffing team supporting US clients
- Ensure timely delivery on requisitions with high quality and SLA adherence
- Manage recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, submission, onboarding, and deployment
- Implement best practices, SOPs, and performance metrics across teams
2. Team Building & Leadership
- Hire, train, and scale recruitment teams (IT, Non-IT, Light Industrial, Gig, etc.)
- Set KPIs for recruiters, team leads, and support staff
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring
- Build a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
3. US Client & Business Alignment
- Work closely with US leadership, Account Managers, and Sales teams
- Understand client requirements and align offshore delivery accordingly
- Ensure strong communication between offshore and onshore teams
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention
4. Business Growth & Expansion
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through improved delivery and efficiency
- Support business development by showcasing offshore capabilities
- Drive higher fill ratios, faster turnaround time, and better submission-to-hire ratios
- Continuously optimize cost, productivity, and margins
5. Process Optimization & Compliance
- Implement ATS/CRM tools and reporting dashboards
- Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B basics)
- Standardize recruitment workflows and documentation
- Monitor data accuracy, reporting, and audit readiness
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in US Staffing, with at least 3–5 years in operations leadership
- Strong experience managing offshore recruitment teams
- Proven track record of scaling teams and improving delivery metrics
- Deep understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B hiring)
- Experience across IT and/or Non-IT staffing (high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to work in US time zones as needed

- Fill rate and submission-to-hire ratio

- Recruiter productivity and team utilization

- Revenue growth and margin improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar ATS
- Exposure to MSP/VMS clients
- Experience supporting high-volume or gig staffing environments
