Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong communication skills and prior exposure to voice and email support processes. The ideal candidate should have experience handling both B2B and B2C customers and be comfortable working in the UK shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via voice and email channels
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Manage both B2B and B2C client interactions
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in voice and email support
• Exposure to B2B and B2C processes
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a UK shift environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in customer service/support roles is a plus
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
