We are hiring an Accounts Executive with strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and UK Accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in reconciliations, invoicing, GST, TDS, and financial reporting, along with good communication skills for client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) – invoice processing, vendor management, aging
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) – collections, follow-ups, reconciliation
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Work on GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Maintain books of accounts and financial records
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Coordinate with UK clients / stakeholders
• Prepare MIS reports and financial data

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Accounting / Finance roles
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, Reconciliation
• Basic understanding of UK accounting (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, compliance
• Proficiency in Excel, Tally, or ERP systems
• Good communication skills (client-facing role)
