Job description

What You'll Do

  • Install, remove and/or maintain items within the worksite. This includes but, is not limited to: carrying bags of material and other heavy items, jack hammering, shoveling, tamping and installing pipe, duct or cable.
  • Install or remove erosion control products such as Silt Sock, Silt fence, Waterbars, Erosion Blankets, Seed & Mulch, mow, trim, and other related duties.
  • Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • One year of general laborer experience in construction, oil and gas or related industry preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for required education.
  • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

  • Work schedule is Monday - Friday with Saturdays as required.
  • This is outdoor work in all types of weather.
  • Physical demands include exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to see, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity; climb, kneel, stand, walk crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar tasks.
  • Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, mists, odors and vibrations; Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
