We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist to keep our financial operations running accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do: Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments. Prepare and issue customer invoices while maintaining up-to-date account records. Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and reconcile customer payments. Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers. Resolve billing discrepancies by working closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams. Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation. Assist with month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation. Support the accounting team with other finance-related duties as needed. What We're Looking For: Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a similar accounting role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
