Role Summary

You will be responsible for converting approved UI/UX designs (Figma or equivalent) into fully functional, responsive, optimized websites.

You must be able to:

• Build custom-coded sites
• Work with CMS platforms when needed
• Integrate APIs
• Ensure SEO and performance best practices
• Deploy and maintain production-ready systems

You are the technical backbone of our web division.

• Design-to-Code Execution
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect websites
• Ensure responsiveness across all devices
• Maintain visual and functional integrity

• Website Development (All Types)

You must be capable of building:

• Corporate websites
• E-commerce stores
• Landing pages
• Membership portals
• Marketplace-style platforms
• Custom dashboards
• Web apps (if required)

• Front-End Development

Strong in:

• HTML5
• CSS3 / SCSS
• JavaScript
• Responsive frameworks (Tailwind / Bootstrap / custom)
• Animation libraries (GSAP / Framer Motion preferred)

Must understand:

• Accessibility
• Clean structure
• Performance-first design

• Back-End Development

Experience with at least one of:

• Webflow (if required)

• Headless CMS (bonus)

Must understand:

• Core Web Vitals
• Page speed optimization
• Schema implementation
• Technical SEO structure
• Clean URL architecture
• AI-readable content structuring (important for AEO)

Comfortable with:

• Git version control
• Staging environments
• cPanel / VPS / Cloud hosting
• Vercel / DigitalOcean / AWS (bonus)
• DNS setup
• SSL configuration

• 3+ years professional web development experience
• Strong portfolio of LIVE sites (not just Dribbble)
• Able to explain technical decisions clearly
• Strong debugging ability
• Structured coding style
• Can estimate timelines accurately

• Familiarity with AI tools & automation
• Experience integrating payment gateways
• API integrations (CRM, email marketing tools, etc.)
• Experience working in agency environments

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
