Job Description

I am working on a mobile+ Web project, and we're facing constant roadblocks in IT project management.

As the client-side lead, I'm struggling with technical coordination, miscommunications with the dev team are causing delays, scope creep, and I suspect the team is dodging accountability on complex issues.

We need a proactive virtual assistant with strong technical IT support skills to step in, understand our tech stack, facilitate clear communication, and keep projects on track without losing momentum or team buy-in.

You'll act as the bridge between me (the client) and the development team, handling technical discussions, troubleshooting, and ensuring everyone is aligned.
