Senior React + Node Developer Needed – Phase 2 Platform Expansion

We are looking for a highly experienced full-stack developer to build Phase 2 of our two-sided event staffing marketplace (React + ).

Phase 1 (MVP) is complete, and the platform is currently offline. Redeployment is part of this engagement.

This is not a beginner project. You must have built marketplaces or booking platforms with complex payment logic, counter-offers, and admin dashboards before.

Scope Overview

You will implement all Phase 2 updates as detailed in our Figma designs:

Highlights include:

Booking and payment logic enhancements (counter-offers, deposits, booking states)

Messaging system controls & admin visibility

Dashboard access refinements

Automation & email triggers

Admin panel upgrades and reporting tools

User flow, UX, and conversion improvements

Security, validation, and permission logic strengthening

Full redeployment of the platform to production

Proposal Requirements

To apply, you must provide concrete milestone-based pricing and timelines aligned with the milestones in the Figma file. No placeholder pricing will be accepted.

Your proposal must include:

Detailed pricing for each milestone

Estimated time to complete each milestone

Examples of marketplaces or booking platforms you have built (React + Node)

Suggested improvements or concerns based on your experience

Confirmation you can work with live production deployments

Ideal Candidate

Has built marketplace platforms or complex booking systems

Understands escrow/deposit models and counter-offer flows

Thinks in product logic, not just code

Can propose structural improvements where needed

Communicates clearly in English

Works independently and reliably

This is a live, production-critical project. Serious applicants only. Phase 2 will lead to ongoing work (Phase 3, mobile apps, feature expansions).

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
