React Native Developer — iOS Screen Time API + Android Device Policy Manager — Family App

I am the founder of EarnedBack LLC, a patent-pending AI-powered family accountability app where children earn their screen time by completing homework and chores verified by artificial intelligence.

The app is fully built and launching April 3, 2026. I am a Florida-based LLC with provisional patent #63/993,833 filed with the USPTO.

I need one specific feature built that requires a professional developer.

THE JOB — Device Locking Integration

My app is fully functional and ready to launch. Parents assign homework and chore tasks to their children. Children submit photos. AI verifies completion. Parent approves.

The one missing piece is that when a child has incomplete tasks their device needs to actually lock at the system level not just the app level.

I need a developer to integrate real native device locking into my existing app so that —

When a child has incomplete tasks assigned by their parent the device restricts access to all non-essential apps automatically. When the parent approves the completed task in their parent dashboard the device unlocks automatically. The lock works even if the child closes the EarnedBack app. The child cannot bypass the lock by uninstalling the app. The child can still make emergency calls at all times regardless of lock status. The parent can trigger an emergency unlock instantly from their dashboard. All lock and unlock events are logged with timestamps visible to the parent. Works offline without constant internet connection.

For iOS you must build —

Integration with the iOS Screen Time API and Apple MDM framework. Parent app sends lock and unlock commands to child device. System level app restrictions that prevent access to social media, games, and entertainment apps. MDM profile installation on child device with parent consent during onboarding.

For Android you must build —

Integration with Android Device Policy Manager API. Device admin privileges with parent consent during setup. App restriction at system level not app level. Same lock and unlock triggers tied to parent approval in the dashboard.

This must connect seamlessly to my existing app —

The locking and unlocking must be triggered automatically by actions that already happen inside my app. When a parent assigns a new task the device locks. When a parent approves a task the device unlocks. The child sees their device status inside the EarnedBack child dashboard. The parent sees the device status inside the EarnedBack parent dashboard. No manual steps required from either parent or child beyond what already exists in the app.

What I provide on day one after NDA is signed —

Full access to the working app showing every screen and feature. Complete documentation of every user flow and how locking should integrate at each step. Brand assets and design guidelines. Weekly video calls for review and feedback. Prompt payment upon milestone completion.

Requirements —

You must have direct proven experience with the iOS Screen Time API and Apple MDM framework. You must have direct proven experience with the Android Device Policy Manager API. Experience with these two specific APIs is non-negotiable. If you have not built with both of these please do not apply. You must have published apps in the App Store or Google Play that I can review. You must be available to start within two weeks. You must be willing to sign an NDA before project details are shared.
