I will keep this brief in the job description for the sake of the right candidates with a little backstory.
I have been in this vertical just shy of 20 years.
Having started as an SEO web host, I would help clients game the search engine rankings as an IP provider on DC based mixed subnets.
I had 10 years previous in this market (I also own a digital marketing business in my local market).
Over time, I moved in to the Residential ISP vertical and have been a backbone provider the better part of a decade to some of the largest and well known in the ever changing proxy space.
While there are many network engineers out there for a traditional mindset and web hosting business, that is not what I do.
I am looking for someone who has solid experience in taking the business to the next level in my vertical which requires a specific skillset on how a network is managed from the router, porting, IPs and alike.
Moreover, I am looking to potentially enter into the retail b2c space for VPN and web scraping for revenue diversity.
Currently, 100% comes from being a network provider to these companies for bandwidth, servers, and IPs. Where getting into the market, would allow income diversity and stability to control your own destiny.
All of this being said, my network offerings currently are unmanaged. We provide the servers, IPs and bandwidth. We then hand it off to these enterprise /22 and higher clientele who have their own people in-house staff. We average maybe 8-15 tech support tickets per month if that depending on what we have going on historically. Currently, we are upgrading the network, so there is a bit more work.

What I am looking for in this posting, is bringing in a possible experienced consultant with potential as a longer term hire depending on business needs as they develop.
I would only consider candidates with robust experience in this type of work that can help me take things to the next level with endless Residential IP / ISP resources (the hardest part of the recipe) to stay ahead of the bots, AI and ever changing curve.
