Rebuild Website From Existing HTML Files – Simple CMS Needed

Description

I need an experienced web developer to rebuild my website using the full set of HTML files I already have from the existing site.

The current website is managed by an agency.

They will not provide the site files if the service is cancelled, so I exported the full HTML version of the website.

I want the site recreated so I fully control it going forward.

I've tried this on loveable and it's built a pretty good copy in 10 minutes, it's mostly the other areas I am not able to.

Goals

• Rebuild the current website from the HTML files I provide
• Connect it to my domain and launch it live
• Set it up so I can easily edit text and images myself going forward (simple CMS preferred)

Requirements

• Use a platform that allows simple editing (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Maintain the existing design and pages
• Ensure the site is mobile responsive
• Basic SEO optimization for a local home service business
• Help connect the site to my domain and hosting

Deliverables

• Fully working website
• Ability for me to easily update text and photos
• Site connected to my domain and live
• Basic on-page SEO setup
