capturing images by camera and clear these images is normal. but when images have human faces, then output images are not proper.

while code processes human faces, circles appear on them. kindly see the original image and op image. but magic color function in camscanner app processes human faces perfectly. so we need code in c# .net to give perfect op like camcnanner app
