Job Description
We need a data engineer to strengthen and automate the data backbone of our platform, reduce manual processes, and support multi-country datasets.
This role is about infrastructure and automation.
Core Responsibilities:
Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
Automate ingestion from survey tools, APIs, and internal systems
Standardize schemas across projects
Optimize storage for analytics and performance
Improve data processing speed
Implement monitoring and validation systems
Support data governance and access controls
Align data architecture with new platform features
Core Skills Required:
4+ years data engineering experience
Strong SQL (required)
Strong Python for data processing
Experience building automated ETL pipelines
Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, or similar
Strong schema design & data modeling skills
Experience handling large structured datasets
Experience working with research or survey data
Experience supporting analytics dashboards
