Creative Designer Needed to Craft a Stand-Out Portfolio for a Mobile App Developer

I graduated from college and am currently going through the interview process, and I need a portfolio site. I'm an Mobile and Android Engineer. Currently, I need design first and then moving on to the development stage. I need someone who can design a portfolio that I think is unique for an Mobile and Android Engineer.
