Our Impact:
The Enterprise Business Technology office supports the Freddie Mac enterprise including Finance, Supply Chain, Treasury Operations, Accounts Receivable and Billing, and HR business areas by designing and implementing technical solutions for ERP applications including Workday.
Your Impact:
This position is responsible for designing and delivering new applications, enhancements, and supporting Enterprise ERP applications including Workday. This role includes partnering with Freddie Mac Business Owners to plan and execute roadmaps as well as deliver technical projects that align with enterprise architecture, project methodology, and budget.
Qualifications:
5+ years of software analysis experience in Workday
5+ years of designing, configuring, testing, deploying and maintaining Workday including experience with security and reporting
4+ years of experience working with Workday Financials application
Experience with Accounting Center and Prism is preferred
Workday Certification preferred
Financial Industry experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience

Excellent collaborator and partner acting as liaison between business product owners and technical staff
Analyze business requirements to propose solutions, identify impacts, risks and issues, and work with technical and product owners to implement proposed solutions
Strong oral and written communication skills

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $102,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
