Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Purchasing team- a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!
What are we looking for?
A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests and vendors
Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
What would you bring to the table?
Passion and desire to grow in the finance career path; preferably have or working on a business degree
Accounting experience preferred
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs and move around the departments throughout the resort
What would your job responsibilities be?
Receive, inspect, and process all incoming food, beverage, and non-food deliveries, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders, invoices, and product specifications
Verify the quantity, quality, and pricing of received goods; accurately document receipt on invoices
Enter daily receiving transactions into the Purchasing/Inventory system and generate timely Daily Receiving Reports
Ensure all received goods are promptly delivered to the appropriate storage or holding areas
Maintain organized, sanitary, and secure storage areas in accordance with company standards and food safety requirements
Issue, store, price, rotate, and monitor inventory goods to maintain proper stock levels and support operational needs
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Finance
