You’ll be responsible for building fast, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces while setting frontend standards and mentoring other engineers.\nThis role is hands-on and strategic — you’ll write production code, make technical decisions, and work closely with product, design, and backend teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTechnical Leadership\nOwn the frontend architecture and technical roadmap\nDefine and enforce coding standards, performance, and best practices\nLead code reviews and mentor frontend engineers\nMake decisions on frameworks, libraries, and tooling\n\nDevelopment\nBuild and maintain high-quality web applications\nTranslate designs and product requirements into clean, performant UI\nImplement responsive, accessible, and cross-browser experiences\nIntegrate frontend applications with backend APIs\nOptimize applications for speed, scalability, and usability\n\nCollaboration\nWork closely with:\nProduct managers to shape requirements and delivery\nDesigners to ensure pixel-perfect UI and great UX\nBackend engineers on APIs, data contracts, and performance\nParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions\n\nQuality & Delivery\nEnsure frontend code is:\nTestable\nMaintainable\nWell-documented\nOwn frontend release processes and CI/CD pipelines\nMonitor performance, bugs, and user feedback\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nMust Have\n\n5+ years of frontend development experience\nStrong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript\nExtensive experience with React.js (or similar modern frameworks)\nSolid understanding of:\nHTML5, CSS3, modern layout systems\nState management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.)\nREST APIs and async data handling\nExperience building and maintaining production web apps\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern build tools
