Schedule & Pay

• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Friday
• Shifts occasionally run past 2:00 AM during high-volume periods
• Pay: $21.15/hr to start → $22.33 after 90 days → $23.50 after 6 months
• Full-time, in person

What the Job Is Really Like

Our night crew is small and tight-knit. Everyone pitches in on end-of-shift cleanup — no one’s above any task. You’ll work alongside a diverse, experienced team that looks out for each other, and you’ll follow established pick processes and supervisor direction to keep orders accurate and the floor safe.

Day to day, you will:

• Pick 150+ cases per hour accurately using paper pick tickets
• Match product descriptions to orders with precision
• Build stable, shippable pallets
• Safely operate forklifts and high-lifts (stock pickers)
• Help keep the warehouse clean and organized, including end-of-shift cleanup
• Follow all safety standards and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of order-picking experience preferred
• 3+ years of warehouse experience
• Licensed or experienced forklift and high-lift operator
• Able to meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Team player who takes direction well and works safely
• Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay on your feet through the shift
• Reliable attendance — a small crew depends on every person showing up
