Warehouse Picker (M-F, 5pm- 2am)

Forman, Inc. has been a trusted distributor of food service disposables and sanitary maintenance products since 1945. From our 140,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Laurel, MD, we supply distributors nationwide with accuracy and speed.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Picker (Night Shift) to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, speed, and a strong focus on safety.

Schedule & Pay

• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (or until work is completed)
• Pay: starting at $21.15 per hour (increases to $22.33 after 90 days, increases to $23.50 after 6 months )
• Full-time, in-person

What You’ll Do

• Pick 150+ cases per hour accurately using paper pick tickets.
• Match product descriptions to orders with precision and care.
• Build stable pallets for each order.
• Safely operate forklifts and high-lifts (stock pickers).
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse—including end-of-shift cleanup.
• Follow all warehouse safety standards and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.
• Licensed/experienced forklift and high-lift operator.
• Ability to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Team-oriented with a focus on safety and dependability.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.05 per hour
• After 90 days of successful employment, you will be automatically enrolled in the Teamsters Local 570 Union.
