As an Inventory & Network Planning Analyst, you will be a key driver of operational excellence across our Canadian Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) network. Reporting to the Network Planning Manager, you will balance high-level inventory strategy with hands-on operational support. Your core focus is to leverage data-driven insights to optimize inventory levels, streamline distribution processes, and ensure our customers receive world-class service. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

More than 3 years of experience in a PDC or warehouse environment with deep proficiency in SAP/EWM systems.
Previous experience working within a unionized environment and a working knowledge of Collective Agreements.
A strong background in structured problem-solving using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, 8D, 5-Why, or 6-Panel.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams or complex, network-wide operational projects.
A track record of consistently applying Ford-expected behaviors to drive business results.

The expected annual salary range for this Ford of Canada position is $ 85,000.00 - $135,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.

Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.
