Supply Chain Logistics Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Logistics Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of supply chain operations for a fast-growing consumer brand. This role will be responsible for sales order fulfillment, inventory and warehouse management, logistics coordination, freight claims, distributor inventory tracking, reporting, vendor invoice review, accounts receivable support, and post-production quality initiatives. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to grow their career within supply chain and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day execution of supply chain and logistics operations as a hands-on individual contributor within a lean, high-growth team.
  • Coordinate weekly sales order fulfillment across refrigerated and ambient product lines, ensuring inventory availability and timely execution with third-party logistics partners.
  • Manage LTL and FTL shipment coordination, monitor transportation activity, and proactively resolve delays, claims, and delivery issues.
  • Partner with co-manufacturers, warehouses, consolidators, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure seamless product movement from production through customer delivery.
  • Maintain inventory reporting, stock status updates, warehouse shelf-life reviews, and logistics reporting.
  • Review vendor invoices, support customer accounts receivable, and assist with post-production quality initiatives.
  • Leverage Excel extensively for reporting, tracking, and analysis while working within the ERP system.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs by supporting a variety of operational and supply chain initiatives as the organization continues to scale.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably within CPG or food & beverage.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating with 3PLs, warehouses, carriers, or transportation partners.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving on a lean, high-growth team.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with refrigerated products, UNFI/KeHE, procurement.
  • Hungry, execution-focused professional eager to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact in a small, high-growth organization.
