📋 Description
- Analyze direct loan origination and participation opportunities for healthcare providers and real estate.
- Model financial projections and run sensitivity analyses for repayment scenarios.
- Conduct financial due diligence on target companies.
- Prepare and present loan screening memos to Healthcare Finance leadership.
- Engage with borrowers, brokers, and other parties during diligence.
- Prepare loan investment approval write-ups for the credit committee.
🎯 Requirements
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years in audit, credit analysis, investment banking, M&A, or underwriting
- CPA or CFA is a plus
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
