Focus Systems is seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead enterprise SaaS implementation and transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Program Manager, Major Programs, the Project Manager will lead medium-to-large enterprise initiatives involving SaaS implementations, complex integrations, data migrations, and enterprise modernization projects. This role requires strong governance, strategic planning, vendor management, and executive communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery from initiation through closeout
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and governance activities
• Drive SaaS implementation initiatives involving integrations and data migrations
• Develop project plans, resource forecasts, budgets, and executive reporting
• Lead stakeholder engagement across business, IT, vendors, and executive leadership
• Manage vendor relationships, statements of work, and payment milestones
• Facilitate governance forums and executive steering committee updates
• Support business case development and enterprise transformation planning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and enterprise delivery activities

Mandatory Qualifications

✔ Degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

✔ 7+ years of project management experience

✔ 3+ years managing medium-sized enterprise projects and special initiatives

✔ 7+ years leading end-to-end SaaS implementation projects

✔ Experience managing large-scale software implementations involving:

• Complex integrations
• Data migrations
• Multi-phase rollouts

✔ Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives with:

• Multi-million-dollar budgets
• Cross-functional teams
• Executive-level governance and reporting

✔ Strong experience with requirements gathering and business case development

✔ Experience collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders

Preferred Certifications & Assets

• PMP certification
• SAFe Agile certification/designation
• Supplementary education in Agile, program management, or risk management
