We’re Looking for Trainers With Specializations In:

• Experience Training Female Clients: Help women achieve their fitness goals through personalized, results-driven programs
• Pre/Postnatal Fitness: Guide mothers through pregnancy and postpartum recovery with safe, effective workouts
• Women’s Fitness: Create tailored programs for women across all life stages
• Pilates Mat Instruction: Lead sessions that focus on core strength, flexibility, and balance
• Bone Health Management: Design safe, effective regimens for clients managing osteopenia or osteoporosis
• Women’s Nutrition Coaching: Support clients’ overall health and fitness goals with personalized nutrition advice

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Professional Qualifications:
• College degree in an exercise-related field or certification from a licensed vocational program specializing in personal training
• Nationally accredited certifications (e.g., NSCA, NASM, ACE) and a commitment to continued education
• Practical experience with the ability to safely demonstrate and spot exercises, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Personal Attributes:
• Helpful: You genuinely want to make a difference in clients' lives
• Mature: You handle situations with poise and professionalism
• Active: You embody health and fitness
• Resourceful: You adapt to training in diverse environments, from home gyms to penthouses
