The Accounts Payable Administrator (Bilingual English/French) will be responsible for:

Reconcile high volume of vendor statements; electronically or via Excel using formulas.

Review invoice processing for accuracy.

Correspond and build relationships with vendors; ensuring accounts are current.

Maintain close follow up with branches, ensuring invoices are processed swiftly.

Research invoice discrepancies; work internally to resolve.

Act as backup to Accounts Payable Administrators; processing payments, posting batches etc.

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date; follow up on outstanding payments.

Assist with month end/year end closing.

Provide supporting documentation for audits.

Various tasks and projects as required.

Requirements of the Accounts Payable Administrator:

Bilingual Proficiency (English and French); both written and verbal (Mandatory).

Knowledge of accounts payable/customer service principals.

Keen attention to detail.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively deal with both external and internal personnel.
