FlowLinker is building the Operating System for technical requirements in complex B2B sales for manufacturing companies. Backed by Antler, we are a vertical AI company at the intersection of enterprise software, AI, and industrial transformation. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to own our platform architecture, scale production systems, and ship code alongside the founders. This is a 0→1 role with direct impact on the company’s trajectory.

Location

Quebec-based preferred (remote within QC).

What You'll Own

• Design and operate our cloud & PaaS architecture
• Scale a multi-tenant production platform
• Drive reliability, performance, and security
• Optimize infrastructure cost and margins
• Define engineering standards and long-term system design
• Build production services across the stack

What we're looking for

• Experience scaling production systems
• Strong cloud architecture background (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and observability
• Hands-on builder who still ships code
• Startup / 0→1 mindset
• High ownership and high velocity
