You will develop strategic partnerships with public and private entities, navigate complex government processes, and ensure compliance while establishing access to high-value transportation hubs across the country.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Secure high-impact locations for bus stops and stations by leveraging government relationships and private-sector negotiation skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, municipal councils, and regulatory bodies to support business growth</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Align commercial objectives with government policies by identifying opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Represent the company in discussions with transportation authorities and prepare materials for hearings and public consultations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead site acquisition and development efforts, ensuring compliance with zoning, permitting, and safety standards across jurisdictions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop partnerships with businesses, transit agencies, and property owners to enhance station access and amenities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the primary contact for station-related and government relations matters, advocating for the company in infrastructure planning forums</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">4+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate development, including work with government entities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success in securing agreements with government agencies or private stakeholders to support business growth</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1–2 years of project management experience with strong knowledge of transportation regulations and public transit systems</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and analyzing policies to identify risks and opportunities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to senior officials and business leaders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with real estate transactions, land-use planning, commercial leasing, and infrastructure development; willing to travel as needed</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
