You'll be part of the local frontline team that ensures our passengers have a smooth, friendly and professional travel experience.</p> <p>As a <strong>Shop Assistant</strong>&nbsp; at Flix, you can make an impact by creating smooth, personalized travel experiences for our passengers bus station. You’ll be the face of Flix in <strong>Lisbon Oriente Station</strong> helping travelers, managing departures, and promoting our green mobility mission.</p> <p><strong>This is a limited position between June 1st and August 31.</strong></p> <h3><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="860" data-end="951">Support passengers with tailored travel options and promote FlixBus products and services</li> <li data-start="954" data-end="1010">Welcome and guide travelers at Lisbon FlixBus shop in Oriente Station</li> <li data-start="1013" data-end="1106">Coordinate coach departures and arrivals in close collaboration with drivers and operations</li> <li data-start="1109" data-end="1199">Monitor and report service-impacting issues (e.g. delays, competitor activity, security)</li> <li data-start="1202" data-end="1273">Manage ticket sales and refunds, including cash desk responsibilities</li> <li data-start="1276" data-end="1339">Actively respond to disruptions and assist passengers on-site</li> <li data-start="1342" data-end="1432">Use digital tools (apps, tablets) to ensure operational efficiency and passenger support</li> </ul> <h3><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About You</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="1460" data-end="1535">No formal education required; experience and customer passion matter most</li> <li data-start="1538" data-end="1631">1+ year of experience in hospitality, transport, tourism, or customer-facing roles</li> <li>Fluent in English and Portuguese&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Comfortable using digital tools and handling on-site tasks</li> <li>Resilient under pressure, service-oriented, flexible, team player</li> <li>Experience in sales or cash handling is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong data-renderer-mark="true">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
