You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media advertising strategies, leveraging both proven methodologies and emerging AI technologies to effectively reach and engage our target audience globally.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute full‑funnel paid social strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), TikTok, X, and emerging channels</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Leverage AI, automation, and advanced targeting/bidding tools to improve creative performance, efficiency, and ROI</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and optimization</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with Creative, Localization, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead collaboration with platform partners (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to test, launch, and scale alpha/beta features for first‑mover advantage</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive continuous improvement through experimentation while staying current on industry trends, platform updates, policies, and compliance requirements</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <div> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience managing paid social campaigns for consumer brands, with hands‑on ownership of large budgets (6‑digit monthly spend preferred)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong expertise in major paid social platforms and ad managers (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X), including catalog feeds and dynamic ads</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing, incrementality lift studies, and creative, targeting, and bidding optimization</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, generate insights, and drive measurable improvements; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Early experience with AI‑driven marketing tools and a strong interest in leveraging AI for creative development and campaign optimization</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly organized, proactive communicator with a creative mindset; fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).</span></li> </ul> </div> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
