This role sits within the Finance Operations &amp; Tax Europe pillar and covers Western Europe (France, Benelux, Iberia).</span></div> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p> <div> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee accounting and financial operations for Western Europe (France, Benelux, Iberia) in close collaboration with the Sofia-based accounting hub</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure timely and accurate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closings, including balance sheet reviews and reconciliations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and review financial statements under local GAAP and IFRS, including IFRS mappings and adjustments</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as key contact for auditors and respond to HQ requests on reporting, accounting, and tax matters</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate local tax compliance (corporate tax, VAT, other local taxes) with external advisors, ensuring adherence to group guidelines and local requirements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to the harmonization, improvement, and automation of finance and tax processes across Europe</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with FP&amp;A, Billing, operational teams, shared services, and local stakeholders to ensure accurate financial treatment and effective collaboration</span></li> </ul> </div> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <div> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting firm (audit, accounting, or advisory), with strong foundations in accounting and financial statements according to the local GAAP</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to multinational environments and/or IFRS is a strong advantage</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable working with complex business and financial flows, balancing group standards with local requirements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of Portuguese accounting and tax regulations is a strong plus</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Excel&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Clear, professional communication skills and fluency in English (working language)</span></li> </ul> </div> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
