You take full ownership of route performance, continuously monitoring, optimizing, and improving operations to maximize efficiency and profitability</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have a strong commercial and analytical mindset, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities. Through data-driven decision-making, you improve efficiency without compromising quality or service</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You influence and execute HQ-initiated projects, ensuring that global strategies are adapted to local market conditions. You champion these projects, providing strategic input and ensuring seamless implementation</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue. You are highly motivated to push boundaries and achieve continuous growth.&nbsp;<br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">7+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategy; preferably within Transportation or Travel</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record in negotiation, partnership management, and financial analysis</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to make strategic decisions (Excel, BI tools)</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Self-driven &amp; solution-oriented – you proactively anticipate challenges and solve them</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Full ownership mentality – you take responsibility for your work and see projects through</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong commercial acumen – you understand how to optimize partnerships, efficiency and profitability<br></span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
