<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At Flix, we offer a dynamic work environment with competitive pay, strong growth opportunities, and a tech-driven approach to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable. &nbsp;</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We're looking for a motivated and driven&nbsp;<strong>Business Development Representative </strong>who will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our bus operator partners, ensuring long-term success, and identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators and other relevant stakeholders to expand Flix's presence in the US West region</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and profitability</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decisions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with internal teams, including Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy execution</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop processes and coordinate a variety of projects, making sure the interactions between departments are fluid and results are delivered in a timely manner</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze and optimize partner performance using data-driven insights, collaborating with internal teams to adjust network strategy and maximize profitability</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a Flix ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings, enhancing brand visibility and credibility</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications or a related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ideally 2+ years of experience in an externally facing role (business development, sales, account management, or strategic roles, preferably within the transportation, technology, or consulting sectors)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Full of ambition, not afraid of rapid change, and able to deal with ambiguity</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical abilities, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in data-driven decision-making and capable of building strong relationships with various types of companies and stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously to achieve ambitious targets</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Willingness to travel, up to 20% of time</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work out of our LA office (Culver City) 2 days per week</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Spanish fluency a plus</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW166638858 BCX0">Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 </span><span class="NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW166638858 BCX0">USD</span></em></span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
