The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for sourcing new partners to work with Flix.   This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, adept at navigating complex negotiations and fostering long-term relationships.  About the Role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and profitability </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10859">Identify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators and other relevant stakeholders to expand Flix's presence in the US East region </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="10" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decisions  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10871">Work closely with internal teams, including Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy execution </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10883">Develop processes and coordinate a variety of projects, making sure the interactions between departments are fluid and results are delivered in a timely manner </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10895">Analyze and optimize partner performance using data-driven insights, collaborating with internal teams to adjust network strategy and maximize profitability </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10907">Serve as a Flix ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings, enhancing brand visibility and credibility </li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications or a related field </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="11016">3-5 years of experience in an externally facing role (business development, sales, account management, consulting or strategic roles) </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="11092">Full of ambition, not afraid of rapid change, and able to deal with ambiguity </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="11112">Strong analytical abilities, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in data-driven decision-making and capable of building strong relationships with various types of companies and stakeholders </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="11132">Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously to achieve ambitious targets </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="11152">Willingness to travel, up to 20% of time </li> </ul> Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
